From what I have been able to see in the forum, it appears that the location of the galvanic isolator is behind the AC panel. I dropped my panel tonight and found nothing. Used my camera phone to take pics behind the microwave and all i could see there was an AC receptacle for the microwave and looking the other way, just a wire chase. Looked in the engine room and also could not spot anything. The parts manual/owners manual I found on the SR site gives the part number but does not show a location. Is the Isolator an optional part or is it standard? Any other suggestions as to where it might be located? I keep my boat year round in salt water and the marina's power quality is known to not be the greatest so I am concerned about corrosion even though I have 2 new zincs and a mercathode.

Thanks

On the 240 it is behind the microwave.

Trace the shore power cable coming in to the AC panel. Then trace the ground from the shore power cable that does NOT connect to the AC panel. So you should have 2 wires from the shore power cable going into the Panel - and the 3rd that goes to the Isolator.

Behind the panel above the city water inlet in the rear trunk on the swim platform. Mine has a sticker showing how to access. Stick your head in the trunk and look right

I'll check there-Does yours have the power inlet on the bottom with a breaker located behind another flip cover directly above it?
Kaz911 - definitely nothing behind the panel. An isolator isn't small and anywhere they could possibly place one there is nothing.

Just out of curiosity why do you need to get to it? What problems if any are you having

It's mostly for peace of mind knowing that it is there and working as my marina has lousy AC wiring and I have a B3 which are know for corroding easily. There were a lot of little things on the boat not working when I bought it, mainly due to lack of maintenance and a lot of corroded electrical connections.
