97 330 110 light help

One of the 110 lights on my overhead has gone out. There is a small capacitor that twists into the housing, I know it is bad because i swapped it to the other side and it worked. Any idea where to get one? No numbers on it at all.......

Bill,
That is the flourescent starter. I replaced mine last year. I purchased a 2 pack at Home depot for around $5.00. My old one had this marking on it:
FS-2X 15-20 watt.
