94 400ex. sliding door issue

I have the double plexiglass salon door, it is really loose and hard to open and close.. you need to lift and slide at the same time. It appears that the rollers are shot, I will be back on the boat next weekend and tear into it... but if anyone has fixed the same issue I would appreciate the info

I am not sure of your door design but I did the trucks (rollers) and tracks on my 330 last year. I got all of the components from Teak Isle:

The man I dealt with was Jim Cox. He's a very helpful guy. They should have all of the parts you need as they are the OEM dealer twice removed! Original company went out of business and this company is the second to buy the line!
