93 Sundancer 290 Drive leak

93 Sundancer 290 has Bravo out drive reservoir leak. My boat has the clear transom mounted plastic bottle that is leaking down the transom and into the bilge. The bottle has a black rubber hose in the bottom (going to the drive I guess) and 2 wires down low with a black plastic bottle top. Just wondered if this is typical failure and what is the likely cause. It's a very slow leak but enough that I want to correct it.
