My 92 BR 180 will not "turn over" on occassion. It has a Quiksilver throttle and it seems I have to play with the throttle to get it in the right position to turn over. My best analogy is like trying to start a car in drive - nothing happens. After moving and playing with the throttle it finally turns over. Boat runs great once I can get it to start. It is my first boat and was wondering what to look for. Thanks in advance.
