Can anyone help me ID these parts ...

I'll be updating the fuse blocks to the newer types
I have id'd the transponder ...

What is the round module???
What was mounted to the rusty bracket below the round module?
I believe the other two brackets were alarms.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone has a pic where I can see the wiring that would be fantastic!!!!

Thanks in advance.

Synch gauge is the round item. Can't help with the other two!

Could be alarms (low oil, water temp, high water bilge), could be the emergency start switch...
Aren't they labeled on the front side of the helm?

The alarms were supposed to be held in whats left of those rusted clamps.

I pulled everything in the pic off the board ... glad I did ... nearly every crimped connection came apart.

I was going to recrimp but I will just go ahead and solder and heat-shrink so I will have that warm fuzzy feeling.

To the person asking if there were any labels ... there are none!!!

After separating the wires today I believe the alarms are for either temperature or oil pressure ... I need to find the post that describes the wires by color (I need to print it out!)

Still unable to figure out what was under the round module, I now know the round module to be the engine sync. Need a wire guide for the engine sync as well ... the very center post came loose and I can't discern which wire went to it!!!.

I installed two new style fuse blocks ... I need to pick up some buss bars so I can get it all put back together ... the old buss bars are pretty cheap and now is the best time to upgrade so to speak.

Tomorrow I will try a little reverse engineering to trace a few unknowns.

The transponder box ... when I took it down I could hear rattling ... when I opened it up it was completely corroded ... I read somewhere where you can use different depth devices with the installed thru hull transponder ... I just need to get the info off the cable to see what transponder is installed.

Thanks for your input ... will post what I figure out ... hopefully I can keep someone else from going thru this aggravation.<LOL>
