'89 220 DA horsepower

I just bought an '89 220 DA and the original ad read that it was 220hp. When I originally spoke to the seller he said it was fuel-injected. To my surprise, when we took off the flame arrester, it has a 4-barrel carb. He corrected the misprint and said the engine was 260hp. Anyone know how to find out the exact hp on this engine? I would like to know if it's really a 220hp engine, since I know that was one engine option in '89.

Also, off topic..... I haven't investigated the fresh water tank, but how should I winterize this? Can it be flushed, or should I just add non-toxic anti-freeze.

Coming from a pontoon boat it's amazing how much more there is to deal with in a boat like this. It will be fun though.

Thanks, that's what I wanted to hear. I was thinking because of it being non-fuel injected it might be less.
