Just curious to see if I am missing anything.

I cannot believe I have all these views, but no answers! (LOL). Not to fear, when in doubt, Goggle it or You Tube it. Got some great videos.

i change oil and filters before final trip to ramp for haul, after on the hard pump out water tank, drain water heater and bypass.don't fill the water heater with antifreeze,it will be hard to get out and a waste of 5 gallons of antifreeze, just drain it.I then pump antifreeze through all the fresh water lines.opening every faucet til pink comes out, also flush and refill toilet a few times.then remove a/c hose to pump, pump antifreeze through the system, doesn't take much, usually about 1.5 gallons.I then run both engines on garden hose to flush all the salt water out, then start both engines while sucking 5 gallons of antifreeze through the thru hulls.while the antifreeze is running through I quickly fog the engines through the carburetors with marvel mystery oil.I also put a bottle of startron in each fuel tank before my final trip to ramp for haulout.thats about it.don't forget to open the water spicket in the cockpit when filling the freshwater system.

I need more info first. FWC? Staying in the water or out on the hard? A/C? I/O's or Inboards? Where do you keep the boat?

Coming out of the water in the next 3 weeks, on stands on the berm, Edgewood, Maryland, Lauderick Creek, A/C, inboards , westerbeke genny.
This much I know:
Sea strainers for each engine, flush, anti-freeze, close sea cocks
Strainer for A/C in front of engines drain, anti-freeze
Fresh water system drain and flush (run air through lines, open all faucets)
Drain hot water heater
Fog carbs
add stabilizer to full tanks
Drain strainer for genny, anti-freeze add.

Don't forget the Head pump out. I always pour some pink into the system after the pump out, just to be sure. Also don't forget to drain the wash down, drain it and blow it out, then leave it open.

Cover the vents! Lots of cold air blows down those and straight into the engine room. I use clean white rags in the plastic bags from the store, it helps greatly.

In the GenSet check and change the governor oil. It gets forgotten and it's a very costly part. But don't forget to check it again come Spring. Those old seals leak! It takes about 3oz of 30W oil. It's also a good time to check the belt.

I always take a wet vac and remove all the water from the bilge.

My procedure for my old 300 Sundancer was:
Pump out waste then dump a gallon of pink in commode and flush through commode just to be safe.
Change oil then fog motors just before it was lifted out of the water.
Once blocked up I would drain raw water side, and fill with pink.
Drain and bypass HW heater after draining fresh water tank. Blow FW system out from dockside water Inlet with my portable compressor.
Pour 2 gallons of pink in fresh water tank and open each faucet until pink came out just to be safe.
Back flush A/C by shoving length of hose connected to garden hose nozzle that I rigged to shove in to A/C discharge on port side. Cleaned and drained strainer. Used hand pump that I rigged to pump pink in to same discharge until I saw pink come out of A/C intake on bottom of boat.
Poured a little pink around each bilge pump and let it run through each of them for a few seconds just to be safe.
Thoroughly cleaned boat inside and out.
Placed Damp Rid in different areas with plastic under the containers in case of a mishap.
Polished hull with rotary polisher before applying a coat of wax.
My old boat was always blocked up close enough to my electric so I left the shore power cord connected and plugged in when it was shrink wrapped so I could have electric in there over the winter and be able to turn my battery charger on for a few days every month.
Sounds like a lot of work but I had a routine and other than the thorough cleaning, polish and wax the rest was done in an hour or two once the boat was blocked up.
