"80" 260--dash panel no power ?

:huh:i have an 80 vintage 260-just pulled the motor this last winter,and went through bottom end -had to fix small cracks in block from water damage--easy fix--but now after reinstall--i find that my outdrive works ,but i have no power what so ever to anything at dash--the motor was prof. removed so all systems were still intact--i don't know if there is a main fuse or whatever on this system--i'v had the dash apart before , just to add a couple of acc. still i never noticed a fuze block. any help would be great !
