Smartcraft system started barking today, apparently I need to replace my IAC, is this a Mercruiser only part or can it be sourced at Pep Boys, Auto Zone, etc?

Not sure about the auto parts route, but you might want to buy two. Both of mine went within one week of each other.

Dasch Boat,Club member Rockyranch gave this NAPA part# for all V8 motors.Part#2166509 and gasket#71216 hope this helps
Thanks John, the IAC number worked, ordered two from NAPA AT $62.00 each. Gasket number came up as a Ford part though. No problem though, I was able to pick them up locally for $1.50 each.

Gasket is a Ford number, but works fine. IAC also fits Ford Aeorstar van, go figgure.

Boat won't run at idle. Can start by putting in neutral and advancing the throttle though!
Strange, she's running fine at low speeds, starts right up too. I havent tried her at planing speed yet as thats what the Smartcraft alarm warned against. I also ran her slow the following day and the alarm "History" code didn't note the IAC issue from the previous day but noted the following: "Port low speed data lost" and "Port medium speed data lost". I'm stumped
