I am restoring my 76 Overnighter. How big is the gas tank? I have found the one under the step but it can't be all. The old brochures say it is a 60 gal. tank. Does anyone know for sure.

My books don't go back that far. There should be an ID plate that is readable/accessible from somewhere. Whether it's from the engine compartment or a deck plate... something.

60 sounds right. I wouldn't really expect it to be any bigger.

I borrowed my brother's '82 220 a couple weeks ago. His fuel guage was bad and I ran completely out of gas in the middle of the lake. We now know that there are 51 gallons of available fuel.

by the way, sea ray does not have manuals, wiring diagrams etc. Have you had any luck with getting info, manuals etc.? Assume you have either really knowledgeable people or other resources available if you are doing a restore. Trust you love your classic Sea Ray as much as we love ours.

I have 1976 OMC 235 Ford 351W engine. I'm looking for the two water hoses from the thermostat housing to the end caps on the exhaust housing. Its a 1" diameter hose with a bend on one end. Any ideas??

Did you try a local marine store?
