75 omc motor

I was interested in how hard it is to pull a omc motor to replace what i beleive to be a bad coupler. My boat quit moving when i hit half throttle and made a loud noise and smelt like a burning clutch or rubber. if anyone can help with the diagnosis of this it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

75 OMC what? Is it 75 HP, 1975 or what. Need more info.
