Relpaced my 7.5kw Quicksilver generator with a Kholer about a month ago. The Quicksilver was removed from a 1994 Sea Ray Express Bridge. It ran great until a couple years ago, when it just locked up when attempting to start for the new season after winterization.
It is now sitting in my garage. I tore it down and found water and junk in the cylinders, got it cleaned up and was able to turn it over with a breaker bar. The Generator section should be just fine. If somebody wants it for parts or attempt to re-build it you can have it for $500.00. I dont't have the means to ship it, so it will have to be picked up locally. I am located in Colonial Beach, Va.
