7.4 Loose Starter

I had an issue when I bought this boat the starter was loose and 1 of the bolts broke off-I got the bolt out and replaced and had the starter rebuilt -I tryed to find a support bracket to support the rear of the starter- found one but was not right-- Is there a support bracket out there that will bolt the the engine and the rear of starter? This is one of those high tourqe starters

I found it loose again today and retighten it--

Should I use some kind of bolt thread locker?
