58 SD needs some ice for the cooler

My ice maker at the helm needs to be replaced. I tried a do it yourself project, but for the life of me I cannot get the appliance out of the cabinet. Is there a trick to it? I have taken every screw out, removed the door, tried to go through the other cabinet door to the right, but when I try to pull the unit out it does not clear the opening inside the outside cabinet door. any suggestions?

If you take the cabinet door frame off, the icemaker will have just enough clearance to come out.
