560 Sedan Bridge Flybridge AC Replacement

New owner of a 2001 560 Sedan Bridge. Most AC units on the boat are new, but the flybridge 24k BTU unit is original and quite loud. It works, but I have to believe its days are numbered based on how loud it is. Just had service checkup on the whole AC system, and the tech said it looked like a total nightmare to replace that unit as access is not easy, and wire bundles are in the way.

Has anyone else been through this or have any suggestions or tips?

I did look for a 560 Sedan official thread like most other models have, but was not able to find one via the search. If anyone has a link it would also be appreciated.

My bridge 24K unit has been loud for 5 years… every year I think it’s his last, and it always works perfectly cooling wise. it’s 15 years old last season and still cooling great.

We are in Fort Myers Beach. Boat is at a shared private dock currently, but will be behind our house once our dock is modified to accommodate her. Its currently a 8-10 month wait to have dock work done here.

Your 58 looks spectacular! That was my first choice, but unfortunately the current market priced us out. Amazing what a year has done to the values of these boats. Im sending you a PM, as I think you and I may have crossed paths before.
