Ditto!!! I am sure we all understand and share your excitement! Of course you know we need pics. Especially since for me. my boat is all wrapped up waiting for the snows of winter...

Great job. Like the others, I can't wait to see the pics. That will be a bit of a change moving from a Sedan Bridge to a Sundancer.

Thanks for your comments. It has qsm 11 640hp. We will be doing coastal cruising sydney to portstevens etc and hope it will do a good job outside in 1-1.5M seas (normal for nsw coats) My 36 sedan bridge did ok in it. I hope to take delivery before Xmas wil post photos ASAP

I feel like you are cheating on me.....Congrats....Did you trade 36 or sell on your own...great choice...any more details will be great

We wanted to do more entertaining with friends on sydney harbour and the cockpit in the 36 Sed Bridge was too small. I also thing coastal cruising in a bigger single level boat would not affect visibility. I had great visibility from the bridge of my 36 however the 52 helm is set high enough to have good vision as well maybe not as good as the bridge but good enough. But mostly my wife made me do it she preffered the single layout. I must also say it is a breeze to dock as reversing you get to see everything around the boat unlike the 36 sed bridge.:smt038
good thing about sydney (that oprah sheila is here at the moment) is that you can boat all year round. Thanks for your comments

Good job mate, The 52 will make a good place to watch the fireworks come over the Sydney Harbor Bridge on New Years Eve.

My wife also prefers the single layout of the sundancer over the sedan bridge but we are already looking to upgrade to a pilot house trawler for more long distance cruising.

Make sure you send pictures.
