50DA Transducer Help

I have a 2004 50DA and still running the SR Navigator with the RL80C (Raymarine), the transducer has failed. Quickly pulling the transducer, assuming it would be a quick swap into a new Airmar transducer... I cannot find a part number anywhere. Local Dealer says that the part has been discontinued, and is looking into a custom transducer?

I have run through the forums here, and closest I can tell... I believe that i need an Airmar #44-088-1-01. The transducer is has a short 5' cable with a NMEA 0183 5pin, into another cable to the back side of the helm directly into the SR Navigator and RL80C.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For anyone who has this same issue... Here is the replacement:

Airmar DT800PV-235-0 235 kHz Plastic Smart Sensor 0-Degree Tilt NMEA 0183

You then need to use the old connector off the old Transducer.

I replaced mine when it failed, forget from where, but the best bet is to get a new rig. Simple up date

I have the same issue on 2004 50DA I recently purchased, parts on the way. Hopefully it’s fixes it
