When we bought our boat the seller gave us his 30A cords but when we drove to another marina to await pickup and transport we needed 50A adapter. I bought one and used it for four days. It is basically brand new. Cost me $120, would love to get $100 back for it. I can ship UPS easy or pick up in Indy.

I have pics but can't seem to ever get them loaded. photobucket has become a real pain.

Are you selling your 30A boat? In the Great Lakes a 50A splitter is often needed on transient docks. I have two - one for my home dock and one to travel with.

I think you will find that most marinas have a single 50A connection and / or a single 30A connection but not two 30A connections. Your boat has two 30A feeds in which the 120VAC systems split the two pretty equally as far as load. Definitely, your HVAC systems are split between the two feeds. Consequently, you are going to want to keep both 120 Volt legs hot and you will need that 50A splitter.
Keep it, you will need it.

We're on a small inland lake. I don't need it. We won't be moving this boat, if we ever do, for at least 5 years. If I ever need one after that, I'll buy another.

Did you sell the splitter? I could use one.

HOnestly, I don't remember. I'll be at my office tomorrow. If I haven't sold it, it'll be there. I'll let you know.
