5.7L remote oil filter kit

Been looking to add a remote oil filter setup to my 93 5.7 Mercruiser. The Mercury parts book shows 2 different setups for my serial number engine. Mine has the ignition module on the distributor so it takes a setup with a different kind of cast housing on the bottom of motor. It actually has 2 bolts that bolt it to the bottom of the block and a screw on cap, with fittings on the sides for oil lines. The thing is about 3 inches tall. The other setup for the same serial number with the module mounted on riser takes a different setup with a simple domed cap that screws on in place of the original filter, and a different upper bracket. It appears that all the cast aluminum housings are no longer made, and I haven't been able to find a superceeded kit number. Are not all small block Chevy engines pretty much the same? Would any kit for a 5.0 or 5.7 work? Thanks
