By the way, if any of you 480MY owners ever need to remove the microwave, I can tell you that you need to remove the fridge first to access the screws holding down the microwave. Lovely, but the fridge is pretty easy to move as long as you put a towel on the galley floor to keep it from scratching.

Also, you can fit a Sharp convection oven in there (the one that is 12" tall) if you remove the wood spacer plate and just screw the convection down directly from beneath. If you go the convection route (which is AWESOME of you cook on the boat) be sure to run the vent when you run it... there is a inlet for the vent system in the microwave compartment.

Just passing on some info. Do with it as you wish.

Jack,

Welcome to the bigger boat and you know what comes with the bigger boat, with more of everything, yep, a lot more (BOAT) opportunities to chew the wallet. If I remember correctly I was told to expect to spend 10-20% of the purchase price within the first year. Sounds like you might be getting ahead of schedule and it might be time to stay away for a while as what you don't know that doesn't work you want have to worry about till later. Page has your your old 370 about the way he wants it and yes hes been working on the 10-20% (BOAT) as well and I know it was in great shape when he bought it. I was told sometime ago it is just the nature of buying a boat !!!!!

Sorry we didn't get to see you during the Thanksgiving but always looking forward to your Christmas Open house if we don't see you before, ON THE BOAT !
