Hey guys, I just wanted to share that I just finished doing the rudder packing. It wasn't too bad; I thought it would be a lot harder. On the port side, I disconnected the hose to the vacuflush and unscrewed it to move it off to the sides. On the starboard side, I removed the sensor over the shaft. It took me just 2 hours in total!

TNT. I called to order the slides and they told me they had 4" and the spec. sheet says 3". Do you remember if your replacements were 3 or 4?

I haven't used them yet. I bought them from of @ocgrant as he ordered too many. Once I removed my door I was able to clean my existing glides and tracks, and still have the new ones in my stock for future use.

Yes I ordered also but when I removed my door I found loose mounting screws was actually my issue. I went ahead and replaced with new but used loctite on the screws this time and been fine since.

I have a Grand that is a little under 12' (https://grandboats.com/model-ribs/g380/). It can be a little tight walking around it while boarding the boat but otherwise well worth having it aboard.

If anyone is wondering, you can replace the rudder packing with boat in the water. Even with the packing removed, the amount of water that enters the boat around the rudder post is minimal.

Anyone know how to remove the two panels above the TV cabinet in the salon? I would think they were installed with the little Christmas tree pins but even using very high strength suction cups they do not budge.

Yes, they are held in with the Christmas tree fasteners. I used a pry bar on the bottom edge.
