Need to know where spare props are stored on this boat. In have the factory device that the props slide over but need to know where in the engine room it mounts. Thank you in advance!

Recommend you download the "Parts Manual" and "Owners Manual" from the Sea Ray website. One or both will have a diagram showing were it goes (assuming that it was a factory option).

Done that. It shows a location where an engine sits....appreciate others that own same boat with spare props....thanks in advance

Clemson - so glad you posted. Another 47 SB owner. I see a lot of the boats in marinas in FL - just rarely see anyone on this site.

Sorry - don't carry spare props - so cannot provide any input to your question.

Try calling Sea Ray factory customer support, (321) 449-8628. I have found them to be unbelievably helpful on questions like this.

I built 2 wood boxes and put the spare props in them . Then slide the boxes between the stern batteries and the port motor . Works fine and does not take much space. Very stable.
