454 / 7.4L mercruiser with 8.1L exhaust manifolds.

Here is a guy selling a 7.4L engine on eBay with 8.1L exhaust manifolds and stainless elbows..
Seller # 251224592583 on eBay.
i didn't think that would fit correctly.
Anyone know anything?
