44 DA, QSC 500 Performance Stats

Looking for some comparisons from others to help me determine if I should add prop tuning to my winter maintenance list.
Here are some specs from my boat. I'd really be interested in other 44 DA results. Maximum sustained cruise per Cummins manual is 2400 RPM. Does anyone know what the load factor should be at that RPM? I am thinking I can add a bit of prop pitch based on these results. Thanks

June 2012 Smartcraft readings: 3/4 fuel, 3/4 water, Zodiac 310 and 15 HP 2 stroke, 2 adults and vacation gear.

Yeah, I know the GPH too Rob....Mine match the Cummins published specs so `40GPH at 2400 RPM. It will be interesting to compare notes.
