Hey Guys...1998 420 Aft cabin...when trying to free a stuck companionway hatch door, I managed to get it off track, and in so doing pulled the left/bottom set of slider trucks away from the hatch door assembly. Now I have a feeling I have some broken plastic mucking up the bottom slider track...as well as a set of trucks that will need to be replaced. There doesn't seem to be any obvious way to remove the door assembly from the track to do this work...Has anyone had any past experience with this door removal?

Thanks in advance....
Jeff

Jeff,
Hi, had a similar problem, I contacted sea ray customer service and they sent me PDf drawings of the assembly and suggested they I contact teakisle.com for the parts and advise. They bought out the manufacturer of the door and have the track & trucks for the door. I was going to try and tackle it myself, after seeing the drawings I got cold feet & had the marina do it. It cost around $400.00, half a boat buck. Pm me an will try to send the pdf's to you. Good luck
