410 Dancer diesel fuel vent

I had fuel delivered last week to my boat and noticed they only filled my Port tank. I called they said they could not fill the STBD tank it was blowing back.. ok
so I just had my hull only ceramic coated.. I assumed the detailer would tape off all vents he did not , being the boat is in the water and I have a raft I will inspect the vent this afternoon, I did confirm with a reverse vacuum that its not venting air...

question is the vent fitting removable ( does it unscrew ) from the hull?

I am not sure anything will eat at the ceramic we use to wipe the screen down.. I am thinking have to mechanically remove it, wire brush etc

Ok
So the screen was not perfect but not clogged so I did find the vent access and removed the vent hose using an endoscope I found something at the tank inlet no idea it looked like a gecko or snake head
Seriously
So I ran a sewer cleaner and tried to grab it and it pushed to the tank
One issue solved
Vent is clear and working properly
Not sure of long term what was in the hose
One day at a time I guess
