4" blower hose's

i replaced my 4" blower motor but now i am having problems getting the hoses back on. any tricks

Assuming you have 4" hose going onto a 4" blower motor - you can spray a bit of silicone spray onto the motor to help get it on. There are both 3" and 4" hoses and blower motors so make sure you have the right ones. It should go right on with minimal effort.
