4 blade props on 290 AJ Bravo 3, pitch?

Hi all, something of any 290 AJ owners have switched to 4 blade props and if so what pitch and what was the performance impact.

Switched to 4 blades this year and down nearly 600 rpm (hovering around 4500rpm). They said same 22 pitch should be fine, I thought down 1 though. Now they want to exchange the 22P for 20P.

I have a 20p. They work way better then stock
