390 MY Wing Window

Has anyone ever had a wing window shatter? On my 2004 390 MY the starboard wing window shattered when I slid it open. This is tempered glass and very tough to break under normal operations. Also, any idea what this glass will cost to replace? I have an email into Scott Higdon at Sea Ray now.

Hey Ron, Chuck here, sorry to hear about your slidding wing window, mine gets a little stiff but getting better the more I use it. I was wondering when I entered the parade sat night my windsheild got foggy making for scarey situation. Cleaned windsheild but remained foggy, have you ever had that problem?

Hey guys... with the windshield you have to turn on your cockpit heat (if up north) and open your defroster (way up front vent in front of cockpit by the window). Regarding the side windows, what seems to be happening is corrosion is starting to creek into the frames. I just had mine all taken apart and the amount of corrosion was a bit shocking. Because of that corrosion, I believe it is putting a lot internal pressure on the glass...
