380DA RPM at Cruising speed

What rpm do you use at cruise speed?

I find 3600 works well but I'm concerned I'm over what I should run.

I'm getting about 26-27 mph @ 3600

On my 360 with the same engines, I run normally 3100-3200 RPM for about 23-24mph.

I typically run 3200-3500 depending on conditions. I don't think 3600 is overdoing it.

I got a chance to run if for a fair bit of time between 3200-3600 all seem to work ok but fast always fells better lol.

What speed and mpg are you getting @ 3200rpm?

Greyzone: I just have a pair of little 350's and they seem to do best at 3600 RPM and my GPS says it's 24 knots. I can cruise slower, if it's windy, to take it easy on the canvas, but if it's nice outside I set 'em at 3600. Minimum for me is 3000 and some trim tabs. Griff

I use 3400-3600 for my 09 350 sundancer. I get 22-27mph. Enjoy
