I just completed the survey run on a 2000 380 AC I plan to buy. It has Cat 350 hp direct drive diesel engines. We got 2700 rpm from the stbd and 3000 rpm form port, WOT at 19.5 MPH. 2400 rpm gave only 13.5 MPH by GPS and speedo. The bottom is clean and the props look fine. Question: Is this the correct speed for this unit? Seems slow for the fuel burn.
