A friend with a 2002 360DA noticed her batteries were low and her galley refer and freezer were off. At first she thought a guest had turned off the breakers but all were set. We are wondering perhaps are they all on a GFI outlet? I don't know why the charger and the galley units would be on the same circuit. Going to pull the refer out to see what it's power source looks like. The wiring diagram is of no help.

I have the same boat. The fridge on mine is AC/DC, but the freezer is DC only. The freezer breaker is labeled refrigerator on the DC panel. It was turned off by mistake a few times thinking it was for the cockpit fridge. Neither are on a ground fault. Your batteries may be two low for the freezer to come on, not sure about the fridge

Thanks! Both galley refer and freezer come on with DC Breaker set. Refer does not come on with AC breaker. Getting 110v at breaker. Not really looking forward to pulling the unit to access the outlet. Do you know where the outlet is located?

Update, the battery charger is working. Batteries were so low and owner had other D.C. Accessories left on so charger was tripping off due to over load.
Refer/freezer operate by design on D.C. only but are powered either by AC or D.C. Depending on which switch is selected. There is a converter for each unit that takes 110 in and outputs 12V when operated on 110. Both of those converters are in-op. We think that's the way it's been for a while since the owner just leaves everything on to keep it "simple". So I guess it's "fixed" for now. Let batteries charge for a few days before using the DC side.
Cheers

I have 2002 360 dancer I have had the same problem replaced the converter in both the freezer and fridge it is mounted behind the units on piece of plywood the relay in the converters go bad there is one for each unit remove the screws from the molding and units will come out one side of the converter is plugged into 110 outlet behind the unit the 12 volt side is hard wired in just have to cut and splice wires not too bad of a job I added a surge suppressor that the fridge and freezer were plugged into for another layer protection

I Purchased Them Online I forgot the manufactures name I Just did a Google search for them sorry I didn't have web site for you
