Has anyone purchased a new gasket from Taylor Made for the electric vent window in the center of the windshield? At over $200 bucks and a $25.00 handling charge from Taylor, plus shipping, it's a real scam they have going. If anyone knows of any options, PLEASE let me know. Thank You

Scam? Doesn't seem so to me. It's a highly specialized piece. Not much demand for something like that.

Really? I guess the $25.00 "handling charge", Plus shipping is justified.

Really? You're absolutely right. The $25 dollar "handling fee" that Taylor Made charges on every product they make is justified. Companies like AMAZON should charge a $25 "fee" on every product they sell. They're definitely missing the boat.

Yes. I ordered the vent seal (pt #41100061) from Skipper Buds. $132.00. It is a full seal (rectangle in shape). I also ordered the windshield seals as well. The come by the foot.
Fit perfect, and somewhat easy to install. Will need automotive sealant to glue the seal to the frame though. Good luck...

Good info. I wonder if they have the one for my boat too?

I tried the part number at skipper buds but nothing came up?

Can't thank you enough. Did you use the gasket sealant on the vent window or the windshield seals? Again....Thank You

Use the sealant on the vent window gasket only. The windshield seals press into a channel, and no sealant is needed.
LG111 - I had to call Skipper Buds, and reference the 2003 360 Sundancer Parts Manual, in regards to the windshield info. The 2003 manual has more detail than the 2002 (mine is a 2002), and includes some improvements on the parts. I'd call them direct, and tell them what you need.
If you need the windshield seal #, let me know and I'll look that up in my records too......
