Need some more information. Are you asking about a 350 dancer versus a 370 dancer? What engines are in each?
What year? Carbed or fuel injected?
Just off the top of my head a 350 dancer with say 7.4 mpi would burn about 33 gallons an hour at 3500 doing about 22mph
A 370 with 7.4mpi would probably be around 36 gph at 3500 at 19 mph.
Now put 8.1 or 8.2 in the same boats and the fuel burn would probably be 1 gph higher but possibly moving you 3 or 4 mph faster so your fuel burn is slightly higher but your speed is slightly higher thus making your miles per gallon the same.
So to answer your question no its definetly not double the burn but it is going to be more bit not by much

Ok so the 370 has the 7.4 magnum engine? But being a 2011 I would think it's an 8.1.
What engine does the 350 have?
Although I think jimt was a little harsh in his comment I do agree to an extent. You really need to give engine size to get an accurate answer

The boat says 8.2 Mag with 380 hp for the 370 sundance
I believe a standard 350 sundance has a 300 hp engine.

The 370 with the 8.2 would probably (again a guestimation) do about 25 26 mph burning high 30's gph
As for the 350 dancer I'm not sure what engines are 300 hp
The only ones I cab think of are the 350 small block which would make the boat a pig or the 383 stroker which to my knowledge are not installed from factory but then again the 383 have more hp then 300 so I really can't help you there...
