350 MPI Horizon Idle

I have 2002 350 MPI Horizon motors.
What controls the idle on these motors?
There is no IAC valve on these motors I only see MAP sensors.
Reason why i ask is that the starboard motor is making a loud hissing sound out of the throttle body at an idle.
Port motor does not.
I'm thinking possibly a bad PCV valve.
It's the only vacuum source connected to the throttle body.

After further investigation the IAC is in the side of the throttle body.

you have an iac valve for sure and the hissing sound at idle occours when the small iac muffler in the throttle body is missing . no big deal and it a few pennies item and two minutes to install

There is no muffler the IAC is mounted on side of throttle body not to manifold like the ones with the muffler.
