350 mag mpi low water pressure

2007 350 mag mpi. Bravo 3. 225 hrs. Under 2500 rpms runs at 165-175 all day. No issue. Over 3k rpms, overheats, alarm sounds within a minute. New raw water pump, new thermostat, new manifolds and elbows. Hooked up Vessel View mobile. Attached is screenshot of my readings. .8 psi water pressure? I’m guessing that’s way too low?! Bravoitis?? Thoughts? Thank you

.8 isn't way low. Could have bravoitis, or that bronze water pump is all scored up

Is that .8 at idle or 3000 rpm cruising?

.8 at 3000 is a problem.

Replace the water pressure sensor, usually mounted on power steering cooler. Notorious for failing.

If overheating above 3000 rpm's; usually the Bravo choke. Water tube in transom is choked down restricting water flow at higher rpm's. A lot of times it'll burn out the new impeller. Either update to new hard tube or block off and install a thru hull water intake scoop with valve.
