On 2003.5-2008 dancers what type of mount do you have for your radar? Is it mounted directly to the arch or on a pedestal? The pedestal king comes in different degrees, does anyone know what is required for this boat?

Thanks

I have a sea view mount, 5" tall aft leaning. http://www.seaviewglobal.com/en/products/405 I did add a wedge but I Dont remeber what degree it is. I put a level on the mount when I was running at cruise speed. I used the wedge that got it closest to level.

The mount I used was the Seaview PMA-5R-7LSS and the Light Bar LTB-100-SS. Cost for both was around $575.00

On my '97 330 DA I use a Seaview dual mount for my satellite & radar. I installed a 4 degree wedge under the Radome (Garmin 18HD)

Your's is a different style than a 2003 and up. Can someone else confirm 4* for 2003+ 340? Thanks. Is the standard FWD or AFT?

Understood. But I'm not sure if the added height & integral platform changed the cruising angle of the vessel that much as they are both still V-drive, twin 8 cylinder setups.
But I was just tossing it out as food for thought as there were no other numbers quoted to you thus far. Good luck on your quest!

One more thought, this isn't an exact science as the plane of operation will be dependent on the load you carry & how it is dispersed as well as where you set your trim tabs in addition to the speed that you are going.
