Just replaced manifolds, risers, plugs, water pumps, and all fluids. Engines run great, however sync guage is out of control ! Any advice.

Do your tachs remain stable? If so the gauge may be bad or the contacts on the back dirty. Pull each one and clean them (sandpaper). Might help.
