I apologize in advance....but search as I may I couldn't find a thread I was reading a few months ago regarding fixing the slider door. Mine is pretty sticky, so much so as I don't think it is a lubrication issue.
Does anyone know of a fix for this...hopefully without tearing apart the helm to get at it.

Thanks!

I just order 53" of this track and also two new .975 trucks as well. Not saying this is your issue but if track is cracked or your truck's wheels fell off like mine, it causes issues. You may not see the crack because of console.
Remove gauge panel, use a stubby phillips screw driver to remove about 8 screws holding the track, blindly and by sense of feel you need a long reach/ and also remove trucks from the hatch.
Im going to take old track and align with new track and drill pilot holes EXactly the same as old track. Hopefully this helps

I'm assuming that 2nd picture is behind your gauge panel? How challenging will this be with a bad shoulder? Lol.... But seriously the pictures are very helpful and happy someone posted. Predrilling the pilots makes a lot of sense of course. One the tracks are unscrewed, how challenging was it to remove the door and then what was the order of removal and putting it back? sorry for the basics....but I can tell you did it right! Thanks!!

I have a slider question along the same vein. I did the replacement of upper track and two trucks and it was smooth rolling for two months, now i notice black dust/material at the top port side of new track and its a little clingy. It seems something is rubbing the track down? Should I have replaced the bottom too. Maybe bottom is sagging and causing rub up top
