What is the trick to removing this to replace the speakers? I started removing the light, bolts behind the light, the upper bolster and I still could not figure it out. Thanks for the help!

You wont like the answer. There are two screws through the face of it. I had to remove mine to diagnose a bow rail leak. Only way was to cut the fabric off, pull the two screws, and then i reupholstered them and used xmas tree fasteners to reinstall

So yes, you were 100% right. I was able to get them off by taking needle nose pliers directly in line with the screw and the edge, shoving them as deep as i could get them and pinching some of the fabric to pull it back to access the screw. There is no way to prevent it from tearing from the back but I think with some adhesive you will never be able to tell...now my question is...WHAT TYPE OF WIZARDRY DID SEA RAY USE TO GET THOSE SCREWS IN THERE AND THEN WRAP THE FABRIC AROUND THE BACK OF THE FRAME???
