Does anyone have a suggestion of where to get new canvas for a 2001 310 Sundancer. I live in Western North Carolina.

Thank you!

Rick,
if you want custom, more see through, less canvas, and visa versa! not sure G.L.. does that....
go with a local guy with a good rep otherwise go with the above link posted

Good Luck

I would go with a local shop as well. I am not impressed with gl quality, especially their zippers and stitching. Plus if you have a problem the local shop can fix. Usually you will have to install your own snaps when getting from gl.

keep in mind, sea ray specs #8 zippers. if you change to #10 that most shops use you will have comparability problems with your current canvas. if all new new canvas not such a big deal.
having used both, and change the 230 to #10s. i can tell you the #8s make the bends and curves better than the #10s.
we needed new valance pieces with new zippers and velco. was the same price form G L as custom. custom guy had to order proper parts. went with G L. fit like a glove and looked factory when done.

keep in mind if you stick to G L you can always order replacement parts. if you go custom........... in my experience, they always want to have the boat there before they will work on it. not a big deal if you can get them to come to water or take your boat to them.

unless you want a square back camper or sun enclosure, not available form G L then i wouldnt count them out.

Replaced the canvas (bimini and rear sunshade) on my 2001 310DA last Spring. Gave Great Lakes the part numbers. They sent the canvas and it fit like a glove. Prices were right also. Call them. I talked with Heather. I also purchased the zipper valences for the front and rear of the arch. I am quite pleased with the fit.

I used Great Lakes two years ago when I replaced all my canvas Heather is great to deal with The fit was perfect The only thing I had to do was install the snaps on the new canves to line up with the current snaps on the boat I think everything came to less than 1700.00

Great lakes.... Did that two years ago and it fit like a glove... Changed from blue to tan at the same time. Ml
