You have lots of great advice here, my choice would be Exumas Normans Cay, Staniel Cay , Georgetown but if you visit Nassau dont forget Rose Island (my local weekend hangout).
The only additional advice, now you have diesels, I can give is make sure you travel with lots of spare fuel filters and consider fitting Racors if you dont already have them (1000MA2 for each engine is a good friend to have around here)
