268 Frakenboat

Hi, I need a primer on the windshield and hatches on my 268 Sundancer. After a weekend of monsoons on the lake leading to all kinds of leaks around the hatches and windshield I need to start planning rehabs on the two.
First, the leaks around the hatch appear to be due to a bad rubber gasket around the hatch. I re bedded all the hatches last year with 3M 4200 and the Plexiglas with vulcanized rubber. I need to replace the rubber gasket but where can I get that?
Secondly, I watched the windshield during the last storm and saw water coming under the frame and into the boat. Is there a gasket between the boat deck and the windshield frame? if there is, where is it available? or should I just remove the windshield clean it and reinstall and seal it with 3M 4200?
