I recently acquired a 2001 290 sundancer.
I’m in the process of upgrading the electronics on it. Currently I’m trying to replace the garmin in hull transducer that’s doesn’t work with a new one. My question is how to route the cable from the engine compartment to the helm with wires hidden. The old wire comes out from behind the throttle control cover and is glued down. The did the same thing with the radar cable. After exploring and trying to fish a line from the helm down the aide it appears there is wall blocking passage from the helm to the rear of the boat and all other wires are sealed up in the factory routing and no way to easily get to any old access holes. Any tricks anyone can help with ?
