290 Sundancer Galley Drawer Removal

I went to remove the drawers in my galley (see picture) and I am sure there is some simple way to remove them to access the area behind the drawers. I tried feeling around for a clip, tilting them up, and nothing. I did not want to break them in the process. Thanks

We took ours out to clean them, but I don't remember exactly how we did it. I think my wife figured it out while I was in the engine room cutting up my hands and knees...LOL.

Check the bar that goes across the top of each drawer. On my older Ray, there was a metal tab that rotates down to prevent the drawer from falling out. I think the newer Rays are similar.

on mine you pull drawer out till it stops then tilt front up till back bottom of drawer clears the frame pull out

You have to unscrew the plate in the back of the drawer.. two screws if I remember correctly... it’s shaped like an L bracket to ensure drawer isn’t pulled all the way out!

If i remember there is a stop inside drawer on back wall. Small aluminum plate hold by two screws.
