i met my new boat and after the usual paperwork the orientation captian took me out for a couple of hours. the boat came up on plane fairly easily.it has t5.0 bravo 3 and i was suprised that its best cruising speed seemed to be 3200rpm.
does that seem high? 4000rpm pushed the boat to 39.6mph but yur burning fuel.
docking was nervewracking as there was some wind and some of the canvas was up.
the boat ships out sat morning and arrives sunday evening.haven't bought a trailer yet so they will put it in the water directly.meanwhile i have pounds of manuals to pour over and i just faxed my app to the sea ray owners club.thats it for now but the exictement remains high.

Congratulations on the boat. Hope you have fun with her

Congrats on the new boat and I'm sure with minimal practice you will get her trained to do as you want! :smt001

are we talking about the boat or the admiral  i can now see the addiction.the orient captian said that i had the biggest grin he had seen in a while.
i personally believe we do go around once and no better place to do it but on a boat with family and friends.i put some money away for fuel and i am not gonna look just fill.
some things are really priceless not to plug a master card ad.

here is to a great summer to all
