280 Sundancer 2002 trim tabs not working

The trim tabs on my boat are not working, when you press the switch you can hear the pump running but the tabs don't move. I checked the fluid and it was full. The pump on this boat is a bennett v351.
I did notice that when I press the switch (up or down) some times the pump does not run, but if you keep pressing it it will start running but trim tabs don't move.
Do I have a bad pump?
Any help will be appreciated.

Solinoids may be bad. This is a common problem whne your panel goes bad. I have had to replace 2 solinoids and 1 pump.

Call Bennett directly and talk to them. They can diagnose the problem for you and getting you going in the right direction.

I was going to say try standing on them as someone pushes the switch (to make them go down, obviously) as maybe they're just stuck. But, take Henry's advice and talk directly to Bennett. They will be helpful.
