Guess I will start this out and see if there are others that would like to share pictures and ideas to get the most out of our 270 Sundancers. I "big time upgraded" last summer out of a 24 foot Bayliner when someone offered me more than double what I paid for it.

I was lucky to find my 1996 Sea Ray in a barn and an owner looking to get out of boating and was able to work a great deal on this boat that new was $67K in Laconia NH.

I also have a 10 foot Inflatable with an outboard I am trying to figure out the best way to transport without removing the 9.8 HP outboard each time.

I figure a swim platform is the way to go but am concerned about the bow/stern sticking out each side of the boat on my Sea Ray.

Ideas/ Suggestions welcomed.
I set up a gallery as well to start uploading pics from last year and going forward.

April 2011 - Just added a Swim Platform from www.swimplatforms.com GREAT PRODUCT and easy to install .... can't wait for summer.

I bought a 1988 270 Sundancer. Looking for parts not on the boat when i bought it. Even if i had some pics i could probably build them myself. The cover/door over the cuddy cabin enterance, the transom door out to the swim step, the pulpit.

I just bought my '87 270 SD about a month ago and finding parts is not easy. Good luck with your search.
