I just replaced the 5 small gauges on my 270. The trim, fuel, voltage, oil pressure, and temp.

There were all working fine when I removed them. None of the glass is broken but they are all fogged to some extent or another. Lots of condensation and smudges on the inside of the glass. The fuel gauge is the worst. I will try to post pictures if you want and get part numbers when I feel like going down into the basement. I hate to throw them out since they are working so if someone wants to pay for shipping and buy me a six pack or so they are yours or if you just need one of them let me know.

Now if someone gets these and figures out how to take them apart and clean the inside of the glass just don't tell me since I already replaced them.

would like to get my hands on the trim gauge if it is still available and you are willing to seperate. a fogged one is better than a dead one!

Yeah I still have them. The gauge works it is just a little foggy. I do not mind separating the set. Give me a zip code and I will see how much it will cost to ship it to you. You can PM me if you want.

John,
I have the same issue you had. I have gotten them clean and put back together, but they will not seal, and immediately fog up again when the boat is splashed.

What did you replace them with? PLEASE post some pictures, I don't mind replacing them, I just don't know which ones will look good. What kind are they? Where did you buy them? How much?

You lucked out. I have been watching for a year and haven't found any there that match my stock gauges except the trim gauge. I'll keep watching.
